The public input process for the new Muncie/Delaware County Comprehensive Plan has begun.  When finished, this plan will describe and prioritize local development actions for several years. 

The togetherDM.org website provides project information and serves as a platform for surveys and other forms of community engagement. The project’s first online survey is now open through March 31.  The survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete.  It includes topics such as economic development, housing, amenities and quality of life, and the environment and offers space to record issues of personal interest.
